Step 1: Firstly create a page on facebook using this link:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
Step 2: After creating your Facebook page and after login to your Facebook page account, go-to this link:
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/
Step 3: Fill all details, In URL to Like, put your created page URL that you can copy from Address Bar of Browser.
then click on Get Code button
Step 4: after that a Pop up window will be open
Step 5: go to your blog ->Template ->Edit Html, click ctrl+f to search <body> tag, then put first code script just below <body> tag and save the changes.
Step 6: now go-to Layout -> Add a Gadget(where you want to show like button on your layout), select <HTML/JavaScript> from pop up window and put second half code from pop up window(of Step4) inside it and click on save button.
